Viper Hold is a digital holding company. We build, acquire and operate software that does one job well — and keep the design, engineering and media to grow it in-house.

From media buyer to operator: how a paid search firm became a holding company for focused software.
Viper Hold was founded in 2022 as a paid media firm. Our job was to make advertising pay for itself — to own the measurement, manage the auction and report in numbers a business could take to its accountant.
That work showed us something about software. The products that win are rarely the most ambitious; they are the ones that do a specific job well and can reach the people who need them at a sustainable cost. Most small products have the first half and struggle with the second.
So we began building and operating products of our own, and pairing them with the capabilities that small products can't afford alone: an in-house media team, in-house design, and shared engineering for billing, AI, localization and security.
Today Viper Hold owns and operates Increation, Chow, Invoiceur, BarcodesQR and Viper Hold Media, with more products in development.
