Viper Hold unveils its portfolio of software companies

Viper Hold today formally introduced itself as a digital holding company and published the portfolio of businesses it owns and operates: Increation, an AI creative platform for images, video and audio; Chow, a multi-model AI assistant; Invoiceur, an invoice generator for freelancers and small businesses; BarcodesQR, a dynamic QR code platform; and Viper Hold Media, the paid search and display practice where the company began.

The businesses have been built and operated by the same team for some time. Bringing them under a single name makes that relationship visible to customers, partners and founders who may want to work with the group.

From media buyer to operator

Viper Hold was established in 2022 to run paid search and display campaigns that had to justify their own cost. That work taught a simple lesson: the hardest part of growing a software product is rarely the software. It is finding the customers who need it, at a cost the product can sustain, and measuring the result honestly.

Over time the company began applying that discipline to products of its own. Each of the software businesses in the portfolio solves one well-defined problem for a large audience — getting paid, getting an answer, getting a printed code to point somewhere new — and each is acquired and grown with the same in-house media, design and engineering capability.
