The evidence layer
Where we prove the spend worked
Buying the media is the easy half. This is the half that tells you whether the buying was any good, and it is the half most accounts are missing when they reach us.
-
Account audits
An independent review of what your account is quietly wasting.
-
Measurement
Tracking, attribution and reporting that reconciles with reality.
-
Conversion work
Landing page and funnel work aimed at paid traffic specifically.
-
Tracking setup
Tags, events, consent and dedupe: the layer everything rests on.
Why this comes first
An unmeasured account is an opinion
Every account we take over arrives with a story attached. The last agency says it was working. The dashboard says something else. The bank statement, which is the only one of the three with no incentive to flatter anybody, usually says a third thing.
Reconciling those three is the first fortnight of any engagement, and it is unglamorous work. Nobody has ever been excited by a correctly deduplicated purchase event. But until the numbers agree, every decision made on top of them is a guess wearing a suit.
- Audit what is there. A written review of the account as we find it: leaks, faults, and the fixes ranked by what each is worth. Free, and yours whether or not you hire us.
- Repair the tracking. Tags, events, consent and deduplication, until a conversion in the platform means the same thing as a sale in your system.
- Report against your own books. Monthly, written, reconciled. If the platform is claiming credit it has not earned, the report says so.
- Then improve the destination. Lifting the rate at which arriving traffic converts is almost always cheaper than buying the same result in extra clicks.
Measurement can tell you what happened. It cannot tell you what would have happened otherwise. Anyone selling you certainty about incrementality from a tracking pixel is selling you something else.
