What people ask before signing anything

Direct answers about money, ownership, constraints and what happens when things do not work. We do not evade the difficult questions.

Pricing & Contracts

How we charge and what it means

What is your pricing model?

We charge a flat monthly retainer based on the complexity of the account and the volume of managed spend. We do not charge a percentage of spend, because that directly incentivizes agencies to push budgets higher regardless of performance. Your fee is predictable and agreed upon in advance.

Do you require a long term contract?

No. We operate on month to month agreements. If we are not delivering value, you should be able to fire us. Locking clients into rigid twelve month contracts is usually a shield for poor performance and lazy management.

Is there a minimum budget requirement?

While we do not enforce a strict minimum, our management fees generally do not make economic sense for businesses spending less than $3,000 to $5,000 per month on ad platforms. Below that threshold, the agency fee consumes too much of the total media budget to be profitable for the client.

Do you charge separately for the initial ad account audit?

No. The initial audit is completely free, and you are under no obligation to hire us once we have presented the findings. We use the audit to determine if we can actually help you before we ask for money, ensuring we only take on accounts where we can prove our value.

Ownership & Transparency

Your data belongs to you

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. You retain absolute administrative ownership and billing control over your Google, Microsoft, Meta, and DSP accounts. We operate as managers. If you leave us, you take your history, data, and campaigns with you. We never hold an account hostage.

Who owns the tracking data and analytics?

You own the Google Analytics properties, Google Tag Manager containers, and any server side tracking infrastructure we build. We believe data portability is a right, not a privilege.

What is your reporting cadence?

We deliver a comprehensive, written report once a month. This covers spend, revenue, contribution margin, what we learned from the auction, and the specific actions we will take next. We do not send automated dashboard links devoid of human analysis.

Will we have weekly phone calls?

Generally, no. We find that mandatory weekly status calls usually devolve into reading dashboard numbers aloud, wasting time that should be spent actually optimizing the account. We communicate aggressively via email and Slack when decisions need to be made, and we save calls for substantive strategic shifts.

Strategy & Execution

What we do and what we refuse to do

Which ad platforms do you manage?

Our core competencies are Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic DSP buying. We are completely agnostic about which one you use. We only recommend the channels that mathematically fit your unit economics.

Do you do SEO or organic social media?

No. We are strictly a paid media agency. We do not write blog posts, we do not try to manipulate Google organic rankings, and we do not post on your Facebook page. We specialize purely in buying traffic that yields measurable returns.

Can you work alongside our in house marketing team?

Absolutely. We frequently act as a specialist extension of an existing in house team. We can handle the highly technical bidding and tracking while your team handles high level brand strategy, organic channels, and content creation.

Do you build landing pages?

We offer conversion rate optimization (CRO) explicitly tailored for paid traffic. This means we will analyze, test, and recommend structural changes to your landing pages. We can build standalone funnels if your current site is severely restricting conversion, but we do not build full corporate websites.

Timelines & Results

Expectations grounded in reality

How fast will we see results?

The first two to three weeks involve repairing tracking and stabilizing the new campaign structure. You should not expect a sudden surge in profit on day two. Predictable, compounding improvements typically emerge in the second month of the engagement as the data clarifies.

What happens if the campaigns do not work?

Because we enforce strict tracking and start with controlled budgets, we know very quickly if an offer is failing. We will say so directly if the market is rejecting the product, or if the click costs are mathematically prohibitive, rather than quietly spending your budget for months hoping for a miracle.

What do you need from us to get started?

We need read only access to your ad accounts and analytics, a candid conversation about your true profit margins and acceptable acquisition costs, and access to any existing creative assets. The speed of the onboarding depends entirely on the speed of your access grants.

How quickly can an engagement start?

Once we complete the initial audit and you sign the agreement, we typically begin the measurement and tracking repair phase within 48 hours.
